Your workouts are challenging, but fun! Many thanks to you, Kristen, for encouraging me to be fit though exercise and nutrition. Your positive attitude and camaraderie are the icing on the cake of an excellent fitness program. From squats to bands to obstacle courses, you keep me engaged and pressing on toward my goal!

We absolutely love Sport Speed! Prior to starting the program, our son was uncoordinated and slow. He wanted so badly to run as fast as his friends. After the first session, I could see improvement. At the end of a month, I was blown away by the strides he had made. He was much quicker than before. I was surprised that he could gain so much in just one month. Sport Speed has also improved his coordination across the board. He is more confident, and is now eager to participate in sports. There has been a transformation in him and we are grateful for the awesome coaches who taught him these techniques. We love Sport Speed and heartily recommend it.
