Monthly Training Program
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10:30am-Noon
Some Saturdays from 7:30am – 9:30am (these will be optional, unique workouts at various outdoor locations such as Mylo’s Obstacle Fitness, the Hill of Life, etc.)

First Athlete – $225 (family discount is $25 off for second athlete)

Deadlifts, squats, cleans, bench press, push presses, sprints, sled drags, handstands, and tire flips are all on the menu.
